- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Place the beef roast into your Crockpot.
- Add baby potatoes and chopped carrots around the roast, tucking in the onion.
- In a bowl, mix the beef broth with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the broth mixture over the beef and vegetables, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with forks and serve with vegetables and broth.
