Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder


Instructions

  1. Place the sliced kielbasa in the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add the fresh green beans, halved potatoes, and chopped onion as layers over the kielbasa.
  3. Sprinkle the minced garlic over the vegetables.
  4. Pour the chicken broth over the ingredients.
  5. Season with black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  6. Give everything a gentle stir to combine.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
