- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, onion, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Shape into small meatballs.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and brown on all sides. Remove from the skillet.
- Add flour to the skillet and whisk for about a minute. Gradually pour in beef broth, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in heavy cream, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Return meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes, drizzled with sauce and garnished with parsley or dill.
Notes
