Description

Delightful cream cheese-filled crescent bites with tart cranberry sauce, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease or line a mini muffin tin.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  4. Spoon about a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each dough triangle.
  5. Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the cream cheese filling.
  6. Bake in the oven for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm, topped with chopped pecans or orange zest.
