- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Layer the drained corn over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the corn.
- Arrange the tater tots over the cheese layer.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tater tots are crisp and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
