Description

A heartwarming and satisfying one-dish casserole featuring ground beef, corn, cheese, and crispy tater tots, perfect for weeknight dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the cream of mushroom soup and milk to the skillet and stir to combine.
  4. Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  5. Pour the beef mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Layer the drained corn over the beef mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of the corn.
  8. Arrange the tater tots over the cheese layer.
  9. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the tater tots are crisp and golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
