Ingredients
3–4 lb corned beef brisket (with spice packet)
4 cups beef broth or water
1 onion, quartered
3 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions
1. Place brisket fat side up in Instant Pot
2. Sprinkle with spice packet, add onion, garlic, broth, and vinegar
3. Seal lid, set to high pressure for 90 minutes
4. Let pressure release naturally for 15–20 minutes
5. Remove and slice against the grain
Notes
Add cabbage and potatoes after meat cooks to avoid over-softening.
Let beef rest before slicing for best texture.
