Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface until smooth and thin.
- In a bowl, mix the sausage meat with salt, pepper, and dried herbs. Optionally, add the finely chopped onion.
- Place a line of sausage mixture along one edge of the pastry and roll it up, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
