Description

A stunning Christmas Cheesecake adorned with luscious cranberry jam and creamy white chocolate mousse, perfect for holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cranberry jam
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in melted white chocolate, eggs, and vanilla extract until glossy.
  4. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the filling over the graham cracker crust and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the center is set but has a slight jiggle.
  7. Allow to cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Once set, spread cranberry jam on top and serve.

Notes

For added flavor, consider swapping cranberry jam for seasonal fruits or adding spices like cinnamon. Nutty variations can also enhance the crust.
