Description

Delicious bite-sized clusters of Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and rich chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat any time.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the yogurt mixture (about two tablespoons each) and drop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  3. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the clusters are firm.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  5. Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, then return them to the baking sheet.
  6. Optionally, sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster before placing them back in the freezer for a few more minutes.
