Description
Delicious bite-sized clusters of Greek yogurt, fresh strawberries, and rich chocolate, perfect for a sweet treat any time.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups chopped strawberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Using a spoon, scoop out portions of the yogurt mixture (about two tablespoons each) and drop onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for 1-2 hours until the clusters are firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15-30 second intervals, stirring until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove the yogurt clusters from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate, then return them to the baking sheet.
- Optionally, sprinkle sea salt on top of each cluster before placing them back in the freezer for a few more minutes.
