Ingredients
6 chicken legs
1 cup BBQ sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup baby potatoes (optional)
1 small onion, sliced
Instructions
1. Place sliced onions at the bottom of the slow cooker.
2. Season chicken legs with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Layer the chicken on top of the onions.
4. Pour BBQ sauce and vinegar over the chicken.
5. Add potatoes if using.
6. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
7. Optional: Broil for 3 minutes for crispy skin.
Notes
You can substitute BBQ sauce with honey mustard or teriyaki.
For extra heat, add chili flakes or hot sauce.
