Description

Delicious bread bowls filled with creamy Chicken Alfredo, perfect for cozy gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Slice off the tops of the Kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers to create bowls.
  4. Mix melted butter with remaining garlic and herb seasoning. Brush this mixture inside and outside the bread bowls and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 4-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In the skillet, combine drained pasta, Alfredo sauce, and cooked chicken. Stir until well coated.
  6. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the pasta and chicken mixture, topping with shredded parmesan cheese. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted.
