Description

A cozy dish featuring tender chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce served in toasted garlic bread bowls.


Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)


Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. Slice the tops off each Kaiser roll and hollow out the centers gently.
  5. Brush the insides and edges of the bread bowls with a mixture of melted butter and garlic-herb seasoning.
  6. Bake the hollowed rolls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
  7. In the skillet, combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce; stir to combine.
  8. Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken and pasta mixture and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
  9. Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
