A cozy dish featuring tender chicken and creamy Alfredo sauce served in toasted garlic bread bowls.
Ingredients

- 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Slice the tops off each Kaiser roll and hollow out the centers gently.
- Brush the insides and edges of the bread bowls with a mixture of melted butter and garlic-herb seasoning.
- Bake the hollowed rolls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until toasted.
- In the skillet, combine cooked chicken, drained pasta, and Alfredo sauce; stir to combine.
- Fill each toasted bread bowl with the chicken and pasta mixture and sprinkle with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
