  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the baby potatoes in half or quarters.
  3. Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, coat the potatoes with olive oil and half the ranch seasoning mixture.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.
  7. Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet, ensuring space for crisping.
  8. Scatter the sliced smoked sausage over the potatoes.
  9. Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  10. Add the shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
