Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and slice the baby potatoes in half or quarters.
- Slice the smoked sausage into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- In a large mixing bowl, coat the potatoes with olive oil and half the ranch seasoning mixture.
- Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it lightly.

- Scatter the sliced smoked sausage over the potatoes.
- Roast in the oven for 35-40 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add the shredded cheese on top and return to the oven for another 5 minutes.
