- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked seasoned beef
- 2 cups crispy tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Oil for frying (optional)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked seasoned beef with taco seasoning.
- Lay each tortilla flat and add a generous portion of seasoned beef, followed by crispy tater tots and shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to encase the filling.
- If desired, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the rolled burritos until golden brown.
- Transfer the burritos to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a minute, and serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
