Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked seasoned beef
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Oil for frying (optional)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked seasoned beef with taco seasoning.
  3. Lay each tortilla flat and add a generous portion of seasoned beef, followed by crispy tater tots and shredded cheese.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom upwards to encase the filling.
  5. If desired, heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the rolled burritos until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the burritos to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, let rest for a minute, and serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.
