- 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually fold in mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until well blended, then add mayonnaise and parsley.
- Lay tortillas flat and spoon a quarter of the mixture into the center of each. Optionally add baby spinach, lettuce, or tomatoes.
- Fold the sides inwards and roll the tortilla from the bottom securely around the filling.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
- Heat a skillet over medium and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Slice in half, arrange on a platter, and serve warm with your favorite dip.
