Description

Irresistible wraps filled with tender chicken, melted cheeses, and savory garlic, perfect for cozy family dinners and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gradually fold in mozzarella, cheddar, and cream cheese until well blended, then add mayonnaise and parsley.
  3. Lay tortillas flat and spoon a quarter of the mixture into the center of each. Optionally add baby spinach, lettuce, or tomatoes.
  4. Fold the sides inwards and roll the tortilla from the bottom securely around the filling.
  5. Brush the outside of each wrap with a mixture of melted butter and minced garlic.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice in half, arrange on a platter, and serve warm with your favorite dip.
