Description

Deliciously comforting wraps filled with savory chicken, luscious cheeses, and a hint of garlic, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded or chopped chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup softened cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • Optional: Baby spinach, shredded lettuce, or sliced tomatoes


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Fold in the mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley until well mixed.
  3. Spread tortillas on a flat surface and fill each with a quarter of the chicken mixture.
  4. Add optional spinach or tomatoes if desired. Fold the sides and roll tightly.
  5. Mix melted butter and minced garlic; brush over the outside of each wrap.
  6. Heat a skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap seam-side down for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Slice in half and serve warm with dipping sauce.

Notes

For variations, consider adding roasted butternut squash, spicy jalapeños, or using pulled pork instead of chicken.
