- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the mozzarella and cream cheese, then add sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Lay out the large flour tortillas and divide the creamy chicken mixture among them, adding spinach leaves and diced tomatoes on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly to create a wrap.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat, drizzle in olive oil, and place the wrapped tortillas seam-side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Remove from skillet, let cool for a minute, and slice in half to reveal the filling.
