- 1 pound steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 12 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and cook until browned (3-4 minutes). Remove from skillet.
- Sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Whisk in grated parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add drained rigatoni and steak tips back into the skillet. Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper, and serve garnished with additional parmesan and fresh parsley.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes while the cream simmers. You can substitute steak with chicken or shrimp if desired.
