Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips liberally with Cajun seasoning.

  3. Remove the steak from skillet and let rest.
  4. Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in the same skillet until soft.

  7. Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and fold into the sauce.
  8. Add the steak tips back to the skillet and mix well; season with salt and pepper.
