Instructions
- Season the steak tips liberally with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear the steak tips until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from skillet and let rest.
- Sauté minced garlic and diced onion in the same skillet until soft.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring until it thickens.
- Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Cook rigatoni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and fold into the sauce.
- Add the steak tips back to the skillet and mix well; season with salt and pepper.
- Serve garnished with extra cheese or parsley, if desired.
