- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your spice preference)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
- Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or carrot sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and ranch dressing, mixing until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and fold it into the mixture.
- Gradually stir in the buffalo sauce to reach your desired spice level.
- If using, stir in the crumbled blue cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and smooth it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with tortilla chips, celery, or carrot sticks.
Notes
