A quick and gooey chocolate brownie in a mug made with Swiss Miss hot cocoa mix. Ready in under 5 minutes!
Ingredients
1 packet Swiss Miss hot chocolate mix
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Optional: vanilla, chocolate chips, marshmallows
Instructions
1. Add all dry ingredients to a microwave-safe mug.
2. Stir in milk and oil until smooth.
3. Add optional extras like chocolate chips.
4. Microwave on high for 60–70 seconds.
5. Let cool 1 minute before eating.
Notes
Start with 60 seconds in the microwave and adjust based on texture.
Use a 12 oz mug to avoid overflow.
Add peanut butter or crushed nuts for a twist.
