- 4 large croissants, torn into pieces
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing the baking dish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
- Layer pieces of croissants in the greased baking dish.
- Dollop cream cheese over the croissants and sprinkle blueberries on top.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the croissant layers.
- Let the casserole soak for about 15-20 minutes.
- Bake for approximately 30-35 minutes until golden brown and set in the middle.
- Let cool briefly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
