- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse and dry the canned chickpeas thoroughly.
- Transfer chickpeas to a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
- Toss chickpeas to coat, then add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dried oregano.
- Spread seasoned chickpeas onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes, checking for golden color and adjusting time as needed.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
- Store in an airtight container if not consumed immediately.
Notes
