Ingredients

  • 2 cans of Canned Chickpeas (Rinsed and dried)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse and dry the canned chickpeas thoroughly.
  3. Transfer chickpeas to a mixing bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toss chickpeas to coat, then add garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and dried oregano.
  5. Spread seasoned chickpeas onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, checking for golden color and adjusting time as needed.
