Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add sesame oil.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir gently until aromatic.
- Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns.
- Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
- Pour in soy sauce and add broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper; stir gently for 5 to 7 minutes until veggies are tender yet crunchy.
- Serve the beef mixture over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
