Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; stir gently until aromatic.
  3. Add the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns.
  4. Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and add broccoli, carrots, and red bell pepper; stir gently for 5 to 7 minutes until veggies are tender yet crunchy.
  6. Serve the beef mixture over a bed of cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
