- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package (16 oz) frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion on medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, onion, milk, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and cream of mushroom soup.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Top with frozen Tater Tots.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until Tater Tots are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
