Description

A delightful casserole that encapsulates home-cooked goodness with tender beef, creamy goodness, and crispy Tater Tots, perfect for cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen Tater Tots


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion on medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, onion, milk, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, mixed vegetables, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  5. Top with frozen Tater Tots.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until Tater Tots are golden brown and filling is bubbling.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
